Built for your bottle
Jialan Package makes wooden wine boxes and crates in Yiwu, Zhejiang. We work with wineries, gift buyers and display planners who need a box that fits the bottle and the budget. You choose the structure, material and finish; we handle design, printing and assembly.
For solid wood we offer two box styles. If you do not need real wood, our faux wood and rigid board boxes give a similar look at a lower cost. We also make leather boxes and wine bags for sets or retail displays.

Quality checks
Board standard
We use greyboard at 1200 g minimum, 1400 g for spirits. Facing paper is 157 g specialty or coated.
Insert rule
Bottle held at four points, no unsupported neck or shoulder. Shake 10 seconds, tilt 45 degrees, invert, no movement.
Control tolerances
Insert plus or minus 1 mm, box body plus or minus 2 mm. Foldable boxes: creases must not crack, magnet position plus or minus 1 mm, corners 90 degrees.
Pre-shipment checks
1.2 m six-face drop test with bottle loaded, stacking top load 40 kg or more for 24 hours, truck and sea vibration simulation.

Single-Bottle Spirits Gift Box
Whisky, brandy and tequila bottles differ in height, shoulder, diameter and weight. A 750 ml label does not mean the same bottle shape, so we size inserts from physical samples and build the box structure around them.
Two-Bottle Double-Door Presentation Box
The opening moment is the product. A double-door structure exposes both labels at once and turns the inside of the doors into printable space for origin, vintage, serving notes or a client message. Plan the card pocket early: it affects door alignment.
Foldable Export Wine Box
Rigid boxes look sharp but eat container space. Empty packaging often sits in a warehouse until filled to a sales schedule. Buyers compare box unit price, but the number that matters is how many flat packs fit in one shipping carton. We build wooden wine boxes and foldable alternatives that pass physical sample checks.
